Toffee Crunch with Hot Fudge Sauce


  • 1¼ cups Oreo crumbs
  • ¼ cup better, melted
  • 1 pkgs Beath Bits, divided
  • 1½ gallon vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream
  1. Combine Oreo crumbs and butter and press in lightly greased 9x13 dish.
  2. Combine ice cream and 1 pkg of Heath Bits then pour over orea mixture.
  3. Place in freezer and allow to set up.

Hot Fudge Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg chocolate chips
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  1. Combine butter and chocolate chips in double boiler or saucepan.
  2. Add sugar and milk.
  3. Cook about 8 minutes or until thick.
  4. Add vanilla.

To serve, cut frozen dessert into squares and garnish with hot fudge sauce, Heath Bits and whipped cream.
