- 1 package white chocolate or vanilla
- 1 can prepared vanilla cake
- ¾ cup crushed candy canes or
- Powdered sugar
- Melt chips in microwave for 90 seconds.
Remove and beat well.
- Add can of frosting, mix well and microwave
for another 60 seconds.
- Stir in the peppermint pieces and pour into
greased wax paper lined 8x8 pan. Let cool.
- Cut into 24 pieces and roll into balls. Then
roll balls in powdered sugar.
